What is RTI?

Real Time Information (RTI) is a new way of reporting PAYE. Currently we notify HMRC on an annual basis about your employee’s pay by submitting P14’s and P35’s, under RTI however data will be submitted to HMRC every single time an employee is paid.

RTI is a significant change; however at You-Grow we are RTI ready and have the processes in place to ensure that all of our clients remain compliant and avoid any unnecessary penalties.

 

What do you need to do to be RTI ready?

If you are a current You-Grow client all you need to do is ensure that we have accurate employee records on the You-Grow system.

We have further developed the You-Grow system so that we will only be able to process payroll for workers whose records contain all the required data for RTI on the You-Grow System.

If you are not a current You-Grow Client, it is important that you contact your payroll partner to confirm that they are RTI ready, or contact us to discuss how we might work together to ensure your compliance.
